This questionnaire will help you get the most out of your session with Jennifer as she will be able to review it prior to and during your conversation. How long will the phone consultation with Jennifer last?
Phone consultations are about one hour in length and are like a private session, but over the phone in the comfort of your home. We gather information through your completed Questionnaire to assess your situation and use it as a tool to discuss specifics during the appointment. You will have Jennifer's undivided attention for the hour and obtain a direct number where she can be reached. We ask that the main person in charge of the dog be present for the entire consultation.

Cancelations: You will be given a number to call during a phone consultation. If you miss the scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount. We ask that you respect our 24 hour cancellation policy so that we may fill your spot.
PHONE CONSULTATIONS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE DURING BACK COUNTRY RESEARCH PROJECTS AND FILMING ENDEAVORS. You will be notified if Jennifer is out of range of communication or filming for any upcoming television appearances. You will be given a specific time when she will be available to contact you next. Scheduling can take place over the phone or through e-mail and payment must be rendered prior to your appointment.
